France – Sewage services – SERVICE PUBLIC D'ASSAINISSEMENT COLLECTIF (procédure de délégation de service public)

The Concessionaire will be responsible for: - the collection and transport of wastewater, - the treatment of wastewater using the service's facilities made available to it, - the routine maintenance of the networks, - the routine maintenance of the equipment made available to it, including the cleaning and upkeep of surrounding areas, - the management of green spaces, - customer relationship management (billing, debt collection, complaints, etc.), - the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff assigned to the service, - monitoring and compliance with health standards. The Concessionaire will exclusively provide the public wastewater collection service (collection, transfer, and treatment of wastewater) within the area defined in the contract. These services are part of the basic offer to be submitted by the candidates. They are formalized in the draft contract attached to this tender document. Candidates are also required to respond to the following options: - Mandatory option #1: Increase the delegation period to 15 years - Mandatory option #2: Georeferencing of networks - Mandatory option #3: Completion of the hydraulic modeling study of the wastewater networks - Mandatory option #4: Conducting the RSDE campaigns
