The purpose of this contract is to entrust, through a public service concession, the operation of the SIAM wastewater transport service, which currently comprises 35,784 meters of network, 7 pumping stations, 1 storm overflow and 2 pumping station overflows, 681 manholes, and 750 direct connections. The contract is for a period of 6 years, starting on January 1, 2026. The concession includes: - The exclusive right for the concessionaire to manage the service for users within the concession area, ensuring the continuity of public service; - The maintenance, monitoring, and repair of all service infrastructure made available by the local authority, including the wastewater transport network, pumping and lift stations, storm overflows, flow meters, rain gauges, and piezometers; - The concessionaire's obligation, in accordance with applicable regulations, to ensure the monitoring, operation, maintenance, and repair of the pipelines and related structures intended for the transport of the Community's wastewater under the conditions specified in the draft contract; - The obligation to ensure the maintenance and verification of the conformity of connections to the public network, to check the condition of the network by all appropriate means: televised inspections, conformity surveys, water or air tightness tests or smoke tests, visual inspections to detect faulty connections, extraneous water ingress, and any anomaly likely to impair the proper functioning of the network, the performance and reliability of the sanitation system, and the environment; - The obligation to detect and correct network anomalies and localized malfunctions of the concession service, and to monitor its performance level, particularly the tightness and selectivity of the networks and connections; - The execution of the works defined in the draft contract; - The right to collect a fee from users as remuneration for the service provided
