The firm services to be performed under the contract include: - General Services: * Site installation and general site expenses * Drafting of documents and quality control necessary for the proper execution of the works (execution studies, site organization documents, etc.) * Geotechnical study and execution monitoring (G3 mission) * Layout of structures * Marking and staking of existing networks * Inspections and tests * As-built documentation - Preparatory Works - General Earthworks: * Site fencing (1350m), Removal – Demolition – Protection * Excavation (26000m3) * Stockpiling of excavated material * Removal of excess excavated material within the site - Platforms – Roadways: * Supply and installation of a contaminant-resistant geotextile * Supply and installation of a 0/100 gravel sub-base (21500m3) * Supply and installation of granular sub-base 0/31.5 (3500m3) * Impregnation layer. * Supply and installation of GB 0/14 class 3 at a thickness of 0.14m (4500m2). Two-layer system. Truck cleaning area. Vertical signage. Ground markings - Sanitation: * Ditches * Supply and trench installation of pipes (800ml) * Inspection chambers (25U) * Drains (300ml) - Drinking water network: * Pipes (230ml). * Valves. * Fire hydrant. * Manhole with meter. Optional services to be performed under the contract are described below. The services included in the unit price schedule are as follows: * Purging (per m2) in case of unsuitable soil * Removal of excess excavated material outside and/or inside the center.
