France – Sports facilities operation services – Concession de service public par voie d'affermage pour l'exploitation du centre nautique NAUTICAA

The concession will be located within the City of Liévin at the "Nauticaa" aquatic center. The concessionaire's main responsibilities (for information purposes only) include: - Operating the aquatic center - Routine maintenance of the equipment provided, including cleaning and upkeep of the surrounding areas - Major maintenance and replacement of the service's equipment - Customer relationship management (reception, sales, ticketing, collections, complaints, etc.) - Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff assigned to the service - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health standards - Supervision and safety of swimmers - Communication about the facility - Informing the community (regular reporting and inspections). These services are part of the basic offer submitted by the candidates. They are formalized in the draft contract included in the tender documents. The concession agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years from the date the facility opens to the public. The contract includes a pre-opening period of at least 6 months, intended firstly for support during the handover of the works, from 3 months until the scheduled delivery of the equipment on January 1, 2026. This period is followed by a maximum pre-opening period of 3 months, intended to ensure the takeover, recruitment, staff training, and preparation of the equipment for opening.
