France – Steel – Appel d’Offres Ouvert relatif à la fabrication d'un emballage TIRADE

This consultation concerns the manufacture of one TIRADE packaging unit, designated TIRADE No. 5, and its tooling. The equipment consisting of a lifting beam and lashing frame, as well as an internal two-compartment layout, are not included in the service: they will be made available by the CEA for operational testing. The fixed-price portion includes, in particular: - Studies related to manufacturing, including manufacturing plans, specifications specific to the supply of forgings (if necessary), production procedures (including LOFC, CS, QMOS, QS, dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, cleanliness, etc.) and final inspection and testing procedures; - Monitoring of production (including PMP, scheduling, etc.); - Supplies, excluding forgings, for the flange (item 101) and the base (item 101). 103 and cover ref.201 which will be supplied by the CEA (specific manufacturer's files to be integrated into the Holder's main manufacturer's file); - Sampling and storage under suitable conditions of samples of the different materials for possible counter-tests; - Complete manufacturing of the supply and ancillary supplies: samples related to the supply, the handling test jack, tooling (seal contact surface protection, sealing material: bushings, end caps, bell); - Inspections (materials, dimensional, non-destructive testing...); - Cleaning, pickling and passivation; - Tests and trials (including interface testing with internal fittings, lifting beam, lashing frame provided by the CEA); - Factory acceptance testing; - Packaging; - Storage for delivery; - Transport and supply in mainland France; - Preparation of the manufacturer's file (paper and digital versions).
