France – System maintenance services – Maintenance des gestions techniques centralisées (GTC) de l'atelier industriel de l'aéronautique de Cuers-Pierrefeu (AIA CP)

This consultation aims to renew the contract for the maintenance, upkeep, repair, and compliance of the installations, automation equipment, and centralized technical management (CTM) systems at the Cuers-Pierrefeu Aeronautical Industrial Workshop (AIA CP). Preventive maintenance aims to monitor the condition of all equipment and associated components, provide AIA CP with the necessary support for optimal operation of the installed software, update graphical displays and back up programs, and conduct comprehensive performance tests of the covered equipment. Corrective maintenance must restore the functionality of equipment following an incident in the centralized technical management system (replacement of electronic boards, probes, transmitters and receivers, and also the transmission of information to these systems), and new installations. The contract includes optional phases. Only the firm phase is enforceable upon notification of the contract. The optional phases may be confirmed by the Buyer under the conditions detailed in the tender documents. The Buyer reserves the right not to confirm these phases.
