France – Tailoring services – Accord-cadre relatif à l'essayages, retouches et remise en état de costumes et d'éléments de costumes pour différentes productions chorégraphiques de l'Opéra national de Paris

The purpose of this consultation is to establish, in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, a framework agreement between the Paris National Opera and economic operators. This agreement will serve as the basis for competitive bidding among its holders for public contracts related to the provision of services for fittings, repairs, and tailoring of costumes and costume components for various productions of the Paris National Opera, the details of which are set out in the framework agreement itself. This competitive bidding process among the various economic operators will take place throughout the validity period of the framework agreement. This is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts, as governed by Article R. 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of €350,000 excluding VAT. A maximum of four economic operators will be selected, subject to a sufficient number of applicants.
