France – Tanks, reservoirs, containers and pressure vessels – Acquisition de stations conteneurisées pour le Service de l'énergie opérationnelle (SEO), des armées et autres directions et services

The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of containerized stations for the benefit of the Operational Energy Service (SEO), the armed forces and other directorates and services. This contract is a composite framework agreement comprising two phases: Phase 1 relates to the acquisition of four (4) "first-of-series" containers. It includes the following services: - provision of organizational documents; - provision of a definition file for each first-of-series container; - manufacture of the four (4) "first-of-series" containers and their set of petroleum accessories: KC 20 Marine; KC 20 Land; KC 20 Supply; KC 20 Additional Storage Container; - transport and qualification testing of the equipment at the CSLSEO; - provision of support elements (training, user technical documentation, and sets of maintenance items); - delivery, connection, and commissioning of the "first-of-series" KC 20 Marine container at its installation site in Toulon; - delivery to a storage site for the KC 20 Land, Supply, and Additional Storage Container (BPIA). Phase 2 of the contract corresponds to a Framework agreement with purchase orders. Following the qualification of the first units, SEO issues purchase orders for the acquisition of standard model containers (KC20), high-capacity containers (KC40), as well as additional storage containers and specific oil containers. The identified needs (firm orders) and potential needs (estimated needs currently under study and subject to confirmation) are specified below and detailed in the tender regulations: - Firm order (SEO commitment): 1 KC 20 Marine for Djibouti; 1 KC 20 Land-based for BPIA. - Potential needs (without SEO commitment): 2 Marine stations; 10 Land-based stations; 6 refueling stations; 6 additional storage containers or specific storage containers.
