France – Tree pruning and hedge trimming – Prestations de débroussaillage de sécurité du Centre CEA de Cadarache

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the Contractor, who accepts, with the provision of safety-related brush clearing services for the CEA Cadarache Center. The services include a fixed-price component (firm and optional components) and an estimated component based on quotes and unit price schedules. Fixed-Price Package - Firm Tranche: The service consists in particular of carrying out the following services detailed in the Specifications: - Organization, management, and oversight of the contract, - phytosanitary brush clearing, - mechanical brush clearing, - mowing, - tree trimming and pruning, - tree cutting or felling, - waste management, - maintenance of premises made available by the CEA. Fixed-Price Package - Options: - Option 1 additional annual mowing operation for marker F5. As part of the implementation of a cellular treatment and a minimum cutting height of 10 cm for marker F5 (see § 5.1.4 of the Specifications), a second annual intervention (in addition to the fixed price) may be carried out by the CEA once in the first year or annually for the remaining duration of the contract (including extension options) if regrowth conditions require it, based on feedback at the end of the first year. - Option 2: Extension of the services under the fixed-price tranche for a period of one year. - Option 3: Renewal of Option 2. Estimated portion: The Contract includes specific services not included in the fixed-price services but falling within the scope of the Contract. The maximum amount of the estimated portion is set at €875,000.00 excluding VAT. The contract is concluded for a fixed term of 3 years from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. It may be subject to an optional extension of one additional year, renewable once. If the extension options are exercised, this contract will end no later than December 31, 2029.
