France – Urban development construction work – Concession d'aménagement pour la ZAC multi-sites du Trémillé

The concessionaire's responsibilities will cover all tasks necessary for the complete execution of the project in accordance with the ZAC (Zone d'Aménagement Concerté - Concerted Development Zone) creation file approved by the Municipality, and in particular: - Conducting studies and preparing administrative and regulatory documents, including the development of the implementation file, and carrying out all technical, architectural, urban planning, and landscape-related tasks necessary to obtain the permits that the concessionaire must apply for, - Operational and project management studies, - Acquiring land located within the project area and providing provisional management of the acquired properties, - Project management of development, infrastructure, and equipment works contributing to the project's execution, - All tasks related to the management and operation of the project necessary for its completion, - Preparing and monitoring the project's financial statements and producing annual financial reports, - In general, managing the entire project chain up to and including the transfer of properties to their various users (private investors, local authorities, etc.), - Subdivision and sale. - Concession or rental of land to builders in accordance with the land transfer specifications previously approved by the grantor, - Marketing of the entire operation in compliance with its phasing, - Mobilization of financing enabling the management of the overall financial movements of the operation, - Administrative, technical, financial and accounting management of the operation.
