CPV code and title: 71323100-9, (Electric power system design services) The procurement "Implementation projects for the revitalization of 110 kV transmission lines", within the framework of this DoN, includes: • technical analysis • implementation project - construction part • implementation project - electrical part If the Bidder submits a tender that does not fully meet the needs of the Contracting Authority specified in the description of the subject of procurement and technical specifications, or that offers a service that clearly does not meet the needs of the Contracting Authority in relation to the requested subject of procurement, the tender will be assessed as inappropriate and rejected.
