Within the framework of a business framework contract, the HUN-REN Natural Sciences Research Center will provide flight ticket services (electronic flight ticket booking, seat reservation, baggage check-in order) and additional travel-related services (accommodation booking, complex travel arrangements using various means of transport (e.g. ordering airport transfers at the departure and/or destination, train tickets, long-distance/international bus tickets, booking ship and ferry tickets, car rental, etc.), passenger, accident, cancellation and baggage insurance administration, visa administration) as well as conference registration-related services within and outside Europe based on individual requests for proposals or orders. The Contracting Authority will conclude the Framework Contract up to a net framework amount of HUF 100,000,000. The call from the Framework Contract will be implemented through ad hoc orders. The Contracting Authority hereby informs, solely for the purpose of facilitating the submission of bids during this public procurement procedure, that it plans to order approximately 100 airline tickets or train tickets per year. In addition, the Contracting Authority plans to order approximately 200 accommodation units. The indicative quantitative data has been provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the submission of bids and does not constitute any commitment on the part of the Contracting Authority regarding the contract to be concluded.
