The total contract value is €1,196,925.00 excluding VAT, of which €9,285.00 is for non-reduced safety costs. The applicable collective bargaining agreement is the metalworking-industry agreement. The total amount indicated above is divided as follows: - for services relating to the supply, installation, functional start-up and training of 2 dual-polarization Doppler X-band radars, as better described in art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Draft Contract, starting tender value is €908,525.00, of which €3,085.00 is for non-reduced safety costs; - for services relating to the ordinary maintenance of the equipment, as better described in art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Draft Contract. b) of the Draft Contract, starting bid amount €146,560.00, of which €3,560.00 for safety costs not subject to discount; - for services relating to the extraordinary maintenance of the equipment, as further described in art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Draft Contract, starting bid amount €141,840.00, of which €2,640.00 for safety costs not subject to discount. The starting bid amount includes labor costs, estimated at €191,268.00, as further detailed in the tender specifications. The award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender. The procurement procedure is launched pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Procurement Code) and for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
