The contracting authority and its subordinate institutions have implemented mutually integrated information systems: Financial accounting and performance management – installer/developer UAB “Labbis”; Personnel management and payroll calculation – installer/developer UAB “Labbis”; Land rent accounting system – installer/developer UAB “Labbis”. The Supplier must have the right to provide the specified Services.
