The aim of the procurement is to strengthen the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s e-learning portfolio through professional assistance with the development of digital courses. The intention is to ensure educational quality, engaging learning experiences and efficient development processes that cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s needs.
