Norway – Provision of language courses – Framework agreement for educational services in language and cultural comprehension - Spanish

The Contracting Authority for the Contract is the Language Unit in the Department for People and Organization (AMO) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD). The Foreign Ministry language unit needs tenderers of language training services who can offer tailored, work-related teaching in foreign languages at all levels in accordance with the Joint European Framework for Language. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to four tenderers. The framework agreement includes educational services in language and cultural understanding. The teaching language is Spanish. The number of parallel framework agreements will depend on the number of qualified tenderers and the number of acceptable tenders. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the public procurement regulation part IV.
