Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów Zakładu Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. w Czersku w okresie od 01.07.2025 r. do 31.12.2026 r.

1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) together with implementing regulations, for the needs of Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Czersk in the period from 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2026. 2. The total estimated electricity consumption during the order period, i.e. from 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2026 up to 74 PPE is 2 435 817 kWh. The material scope of the subject matter of the procurement covered by this procedure is defined by a detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement (Appendix No. 3 to the ToR) and the draft provisions of the agreement (Appendix No. 5 to the ToR), together with Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement (list of the Ordering Party's facilities covered by the agreement) and Appendix No. 2 to the draft provisions of the agreement (power of attorney), which constitute an integral part of this ToR. The actual demand for electricity will depend solely on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Any change in the amount of purchased electricity will not result in any additional costs being charged to the Ordering Party. NOTE! The Ordering Party declares that in the second or third quarter of 2025, it plans to become the generator of electricity produced in the micro-installation. The source of electricity production in the micro-installation will be a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of up to 50 kW, which will be connected to the distribution grid in Czersk at ul. Jana Kilińskiego 15, 89-650 Czersk, in PPE 590310600000120670, where a bidirectional meter will be installed. The Ordering Party further informs that the metering system in the B22 tariff is adapted to the TPA principle, and all electricity produced by the aforementioned micro-installation will be used for the Ordering Party's current own needs. 3.
