The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the office building located at 11 Kordylewskiego Street in Krakow and the Business Park Nad Drwiną real estate located at 10 Nad Drwiną Street in Krakow in the period: from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 or until the maximum total gross remuneration, i.e. the total gross price indicated in the bid form, is exhausted. The electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and its implementing regulations and Polish Standards. The Contractor is required to hold a license to trade in electricity issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with Art. 32 of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), valid during the contract performance period. The Contractor is obliged to have a General Distribution Agreement entered into with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. (DSO) or a promise of an agreement enabling the sale of electricity to the Ordering Party’s facilities through the DSO’s distribution network. Energy consumption points: Office building at 11 Kordylewskiego Street in Kraków – two connections; total for the two connections, the forecast annual energy consumption is estimated at 330 MWh (in words: three hundred thirty MWh), subject to the minimum energy consumption during the term of the agreement will be 230 MWh (in words: two hundred thirty MWh); Business Park Nad Drwiną real estate at 11 Kordylewskiego Street in Kraków – two connections; Nad Drwiną 10 in Kraków - two connections, total projected annual energy consumption is estimated at 9,170 MWh (in words: nine thousand, one hundred seventy MWh), provided that the minimum energy consumption during the contract term is 6,500 MWh (in words: six thousand, five hundred MWh).
