1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume of 2,656.17 MWh. Consumption data is indicative. 2. The number of metering systems for accounting for consumed electricity is 127. 3. A detailed description of the consumption points (PPE) is included by the ordering party in Appendix No. 1a to the ToR. 4. Deliveries will be carried out from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. 5. As a result of the outcome of the tender for part 1 of the order, five agreements will be concluded between the contractor and: 1) the City of Łomża, 2) the Municipal Public Library in Łomża, 3) the Municipal Cultural Center House of Creative Communities in Łomża, 4) the North Mazovian Museum in Łomża, 5) the Puppet and Actor Theatre in Łomża. 6. Note: variable contracted capacities during the year in the following facilities: PPE: 590543510200640211 and PPE: 590543510200010458. 7. The metering system with tariff group B is adapted to the supplier switching procedure. 8. Currently valid electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned commencement date of deliveries ("Delivery period" column). A detailed description of the consumption points (PPE) is included by the ordering party in Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ. 4. Deliveries will be made from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. 5. Current electricity supply agreements will expire with effect on the day preceding the planned commencement date of deliveries ("Delivery period" column). 6. As a result of the outcome of the proceedings, one contract will be concluded for Part 2 of the order.
