1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity in 2026, consisting of the sale and provision of electricity distribution services for facilities owned by the Trzebownisko Commune and for road lighting. The estimated electricity demand for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is 4,457,937 kWh. 2. The provision in the detailed description of the subject of the contract of the estimated amounts of ordered energy (Appendix 10a - Buildings, 10b - Road Lighting, 10c - Pumping Stations), as well as the electricity consumption included in the contract, is indicative only and serves only to calculate the estimated value of the contract and compare offers. It does not constitute an obligation on the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the specified amount.
