The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity by Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Ruda Śląska, with a total estimated volume of 17,319,302 kWh during the delivery period: 24 months from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027. The Ordering Party guarantees that it will purchase at least 80% of the estimated energy volume referred to in the previous sentence. Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ constitutes a detailed Description of the subject of the order, including a list of consumption points with their PPE numbers and the expected energy consumption in individual tariffs. The subject of the order is also the repurchase by the Contractor of surplus electricity production in the Ordering Party’s photovoltaic installations, in the estimated amount of 3000 kWh / year (the estimated amount may change). 2. Electricity will be sold under the terms specified in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997, as amended, and generally applicable legal provisions, in accordance with the principles specified in the concessions, in accordance with the provisions of the contract terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Contractor’s offer. 4. Detailed conditions for the performance of the subject of the order are included in the draft agreement, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ. 5. The electricity supply agreement with the current supplier, Tauron Sprzedaż GZE Sp. z o.o. Gliwice, expires on December 31, 2025. 6. The Distribution System Operator is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. 7.
