1. The subject of the contract includes: 1.1. The subject of the contract includes the development of design documentation, i.e. building design, detailed design, technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor and offer cost estimates, obtaining the required opinions, agreements and administrative decisions for the reconstruction of the road together with the network infrastructure. This contract includes the design of: - Sidewalks on both sides with a width of at least 1.8 m, free from obstacles - Two-way DDR on both sides with a width of at least 2.5 m - New pedestrian crossings near the intersections with Małachowskiego and Kościuszki Streets – 2 pcs. - New bicycle crossings near the intersections with Małachowskiego and Kościuszki Streets – 2 pcs. - Safety buffer along the roadway with a width of at least 80 cm - Separate, built-up tram track over a length of approx. 170 m - Tram overhead contact line over a length of approx. 350 m - Reconstruction of the supply and return point - Reconstruction of the tram track with switches at the intersection with Małachowskiego Street - Reconstruction of the tram track with switches at the intersection with Kościuszki Street - Construction of tram track with switches at the intersection with Kościuszki Street in the new two-way tram route Kościuszki – Pułaskiego (Krakowska Street – Gen.
