Development of design documentation as part of the investment project entitled: "Katowice Cycling Infrastructure - Supporting sustainable multimodal urban mobility" - bicycle connection of the Piotrowice - Ochojec district with the Ligota - Panewniki district on the section from Jankego Street to Słupska Street. Basic scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive design documentation for pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure as part of the investment project entitled "Katowice Cycling Infrastructure - Supporting sustainable multimodal urban mobility" - Connection of the Piotrowice - Ochojec district with the Ligota - Panewniki district on the section from Jankego Street to Słupska Street, based on a conceptual design prepared by the LA Projekt design office in 2024, along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment. The main objective of the project is to create a pedestrian and bicycle connection along Armii Krajowej and Piotrowicka Streets, from the intersection of Armii Krajowej and Jankego Streets to the intersection of Piotrowicka, Poleska and Słupska Streets. The contractor responsible for the project will: 1) prepare design documentation based on current legal regulations, including: construction law, the regulations on specific principles for the preparation and implementation of public road investments, public procurement law, and implementing acts related to the aforementioned acts and Polish Standards; 2) obtain all necessary approvals and decisions required by law that will allow for the tender procedure for the construction works based on this documentation; 3) submit all design documentation in paper and electronic form (on CD in DWG or PDF format). 4) actively participate in meetings of the Katowice City Cycling Policy Consultative Team, including preparing materials, including responding to questions. 5) perform authorial supervision over the execution of construction...
