Poland – Engineering design services – „Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo–kosztorysowej budowy ul. Józefa Radoszewskiego w Starachowicach” w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego „Budowa odcinka ul. Józefa Radoszewskiego w Starachowicach

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a section of Józefa Radoszewskiego Street in Starachowice in three stages: - Stage I – Construction of a section of Józefa Radoszewskiego Street from the intersection with Benedyktyńska Street to the bridge over the Kamienna River, along with the adaptation of the bridge to accommodate a pedestrian and bicycle path; - Stage II – Construction of parking spaces, lighting, and a storm sewer system along a section of Józefa Radoszewskiego Street from the viaduct to Benedyktyńska Street; - Stage III – Construction of a storm sewer system from Józefa Radoszewskiego Street along a section of Benedyktyńska Street to the Kamienna River. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for the design study is provided in Annex 1. After completion, the road in question will be designed for all users, including people with disabilities. Due to the nature of the activities covered by the contract, the Contracting Authority does not require that any persons involved in the contract be employed under an employment contract. If it is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract and the Contractor refers to a trademark, patent or origin (brand, manufacturer, supplier) of materials and to standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in art. 99 sec. 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law, then he is obliged to indicate in the documentation that he allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions and is obliged to specify the scope of permissible equivalence.
