The subject of the order is the development of the Design in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including the land development, architectural, construction and technical design) for the construction of a riverbed retention (ditch) as a bypass system for the existing DN 1100 stormwater channel (Obrzyca collector) as part of the investment project 0-05-23-097-1, "Obrzyca River Basin - Construction of Riverbed Retention in the Rataje Park Area", together with obtaining a final building permit or performing other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the Contractor's discretion) and performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Construction Contractor until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works.
