The subject of the contract is "Preparation of design documentation for the task "Construction of a retention reservoir with associated facilities in the Cybowo forestry district." The contract is being carried out as part of the project "Comprehensive project for adapting forests and forestry to climate change – small-scale retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas – continuation" (MRN3), co-financed by European Funds under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Programme 2021-2027. As part of the service, the Contractor will be required to prepare design and cost estimate documentation and to provide authorial supervision over the implementation of construction works based on this documentation. The adopted description of the subject of the contract constitutes a preliminary assumption that may be modified, excluding the location. The subject of the contract includes the performance of two tasks: a. Task I – preparation of design and cost estimate documentation; b. Task II – providing authorial supervision over the implementation of construction works performed based on the design documentation that is the subject of this contract. The subject of the contract is the following facility: Construction of a retention reservoir with associated facilities in the Cybowo forest district. Location: The reservoir is located in the Cybowo forest district, section 426 g, cadastral district Jasnopole, plot numbers 426/1, 436. It significantly affects divisions 426l, k, j, h, o, as well as 436g and 436f. The investment is planned in a forest complex constituting community forests. 2. Task description: As part of the task entitled "Construction of a retention reservoir with associated facilities in the Cybowo forest district," it is planned to stabilize the water level in the reservoir by constructing a new damming device (a monk's foot), reinforcing the reservoir slopes, and unclogging the pipeline.
