Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej dla ZGO AQUARIUM Sp. z o.o.

1) The subject of the order is the supply of active electricity to two facilities of the Ordering Party in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the implementing acts issued on its basis. 2) The estimated demand for electricity for the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 is approximately 2 400 000 kWh, while the amount of electricity purchased during the term of the agreement will not be less than 1 500 000 kWh - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3) The order covers two locations: a) AQUARIUM Centrum Fit Rawa with its registered office in Rawa Mazowiecka ul. Katowicka 20. The Ordering Party conducts sports and recreational activities (municipal swimming pool) at the facility. - The estimated electricity demand for the AQUARIUM Centrum Fit Rawa facility in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is approximately 1,500,000.00 kWh. b) ZGO Pukinin Plant with its registered office in Pukinin 140, Rawa Mazowiecka commune. The Ordering Party conducts waste management activities at the facility. - The estimated electricity demand for the ZGO Pukinin plant in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is approximately 900,000 kWh - Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Technical Agreements. 4) The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft contract (Appendix No. 7 to the Specifications of Technical Agreements) and the Description of the subject of the contract. The supplied electricity must meet the technical parameters specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing regulations issued pursuant to statutory delegation. 5) The Ordering Party will enter into a single agreement covering two locations, with separate invoices issued for each location. 6) The Contractor will be obligated to ensure the...
