Poland – Pipeline-design services – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla budowy sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w ulicy Kołłątaja nr 35-37 w Luboniu

The subject of the order is the development of a Project in accordance with the applicable Building Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including the land development, architectural-construction and technical design) for the construction of: a sanitary sewage system with connections in the town of Luboń as part of the investment project Luboń - sanitary sewage system in ul. Kołłątaja Street No. 35-37 – investment task No. 5-02-15-038-1, including obtaining a final building permit/notification of construction works, along with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection from the architectural and construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or other construction works, appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the Contractor's discretion) and performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order, from the date of concluding the contract with the construction contractor until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 9 to the Technical Specifications. Place of execution: Kołłątaja Street No. 35-37, Luboń.
