Poland – Pipeline-design services – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla budowy sieci wodociągowej w Swarzędzu, w ulicach: Bema, Piaskowa, Sosnowa, Kaczorowskiego, Pieprzyka i Szumana

The subject of the order is the development of the Design in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (design documentation including the land development plan, architectural-construction plan and technical plan) for the construction of: a water supply network with connections in Swarzędz as part of the investment tasks: “3-07-19-086-0 - Swarzędz - water supply network in the streets: Bema, Piaskowa, Sosnowa, Kaczorowskiego, Pieprzyka and Szumana” and “3-07-22-139-0 Swarzędz - water supply network in Kaczorowskiego Street” together with obtaining a notification of construction works together with a certificate of no grounds for raising an objection by the architectural-construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works relevant to the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows for obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the Contractor’s discretion) and exercising supervision during the implementation phase of works performed based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order, from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Order and all information regarding the design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by "AQUANET" S.A., which constitute the basis for the design.
