The subject of the order is the Development of a Project in accordance with the applicable Building Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (design documentation including land development, architectural-construction and technical design) for the construction of: • a water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment project 3-05-19-090-0 Poznań - water supply network in the Krzyżowniki-Smochowice estate, stage II, together with obtaining a final building permit decision, together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for raising an objection by the architectural and construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or other construction works appropriate for the task in question, and exercising author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order, from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Construction Contractor until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. A detailed description of the Subject Matter of the Order constitutes Appendix No. 8 to the Technical Specifications.
