1. The subject of the contract is the provision of press publications devoted to the activities of the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship in press titles in Małopolska (including: reserving the date and space for individual publications) and the preparation, i.e. the typesetting of publications based on texts and/or graphic materials provided by the Ordering Party, and supervising their proper dissemination during the contract term. 2. The terms and conditions of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be incorporated into the public procurement agreement – contract template and constitute Appendix No. 1C to the public procurement contract (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1D to the public procurement contract and will be incorporated as an annex to the public procurement agreement. 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – The Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended). 5. CPV designation: 79970000-4 Publication services. 6. The amount allocated to financing the order is PLN 546,421.35 gross. 7. The estimated value of the order is PLN 444,245.00 net.
