The scope of the contract includes: Stage I: Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, obtaining all required approvals/conditions/decisions necessary for obtaining a building permit. Obtaining a building permit. Stage II: Implementation of the scope of work through: 1. Construction of a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of up to 500 kW. 2. Delivery and installation of an electricity storage unit with a capacity of no more than 530 kWh and an inverter power of up to 300 kVA. 3. Delivery and installation of a 15/0.4 kV transformer station with a transformer up to 630 kVA and an indirect energy metering system, along with a connection to the 15 kV line and LV installations. 4. Construction of farm fencing. 5. Construction of farm lighting. 6. Installation and implementation of site monitoring. 7. Preparation of as-built documentation and commissioning. Stage III: Delivery and implementation of an IT system to manage the photovoltaic farm devices and the energy storage unit.
