The object of the contract Site management services, supervision services in works contracts and services for monitoring the behavior over time of the constructions executed under works contracts concluded following the application of a public procurement procedure according to Law no. 98/2016, for the achievement of investment objectives at the level of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest will consist in providing high-quality site management services in works contracts and supervision services in works contracts concluded under H.G. no. 1/2018, both during the design and execution period of the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works, in order to monitor the correct and efficient use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works: 1. Thermal and energy rehabilitation of buildings; 2. Repair, consolidation and/or modernization of public buildings; 3. Construction of new buildings; 4. Repair, modernization of road infrastructure and tram tracks; 5. Repair, modernization, development of municipal infrastructure: electrical, thermal, gas, water-sewage networks, telecommunications, public lighting, green spaces, landscaping, playgrounds, trains, urban furniture, etc. The total duration of the framework agreement is 48 months. Maximum estimated value Framework Agreement - excluding VAT (only in figures): 125,798,400.00 lei excluding VAT; Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 3,031,200.00 lei excluding VAT.
