Romania – Construction work – Servicii de proiectare tehnica (elaborare a documentatiei tehnico-economice fazele DTAC, DTOE, PT si DDE, asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului) si executie lucrări in cadrul proiectului „CONSTRUIRE CLĂDIRE NOUĂ ÎN VEDEREA RELOCĂRII UNOR ACTIVITĂȚI MEDICALE ÎN CADRUL SPITALULUI MUNICIPAL SIGHETU MARMAȚIEI”

The public procurement has as its object Technical design services (development of technical-economic documentation for the DTAC, DTOE, PT and DDE phases, technical assistance from the designer) and execution of works within the project "Improving access to health services and increasing the quality of medical services by constructing a new building in order to relocate medical activities in the Sighetu Marmației Municipal Hospital", an investment objective financed by the National Program for Investments in Hospital Infrastructure. The estimated value is 207,222,802.55 lei excluding VAT. Of which: Chapter 1 – Pct. 1.2+1.3+1.4 of the Estimate, the value of 4,550,000 lei excluding VAT results, as follows: 1.2 Land development – 500,000 lei excluding VAT; 1.3 Arrangements for environmental protection and bringing the land to its initial state – 50,000 lei excluding VAT; 1.4 Expenses for the relocation/protection of utilities – 4,000,000 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2 – Point 2.2 of the Estimate, Expenses for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment objective – results in the value of 100,000 lei excluding VAT Chapter 3 - Point 3.2+3.4+3.5.4+3.5.6+3.8.1+3.8.3 of the Estimate, results in the value of 4,477,102.55 lei excluding VAT, as follows: 3.2. Supporting documentation and expenses for obtaining approvals, agreements and authorizations – 3,000 lei excluding VAT; 3.4 Energy performance certification and energy audit of buildings – 50,000 lei excluding VAT; 3.5.4 Technical documentation required to obtain approvals/agreements/authorizations – 198,900 lei excluding VAT; 3.5.6 Design services (Technical design with DDE, DTAC phase, DTOE,) – 3,902,514 lei excluding VAT; 3.8.1 Technical assistance from the designer – 292,688.55 lei excluding VAT; 3.8.3 Health and safety coordinator – According to Legislative Decree 300/2006, with subsequent amendments and supplements – 30,000 lei excluding VAT.
