The public procurement has as its object "Technical design services (development of technical-economic documentation for the DTAC phases, including construction biology studies, the portions of biologically degraded elements will be included on the characteristic plans and sections of the framework, developed by the structural team, the restoration of technical expertise for buildings C6, C12, C16 which will not include cladding consolidation, as well as the architectural - aesthetic treatment of the air treatment facilities existing in these buildings (according to the recommendations in the favorable opinion no. 150/M/09.10.2023-11.10.2023 and 77/M/12.06.2023-15.06.2023, issued by the Ministry of Culture), including obtaining the building permit, DTOE, PT and DDE, technical assistance from the designer) and execution of works within the project "Increasing the energy efficiency of the Municipal Hospital Sighetu Marmatiei, Str. Avram Iancu no. 22”, within the project “Increasing the energy efficiency of the Sighetu Marmatiei Municipal Hospital, Str. Avram Iancu no. 22”, investment objective financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan – Component 5 – Renovation wave, Operation Moderate energy renovation of public buildings - Local authorities, call PNRR/2022/C5/2/B2.1.a. The proposed investment aims to increase the energy efficiency of 8 buildings of the Sighetu Marmatiei Municipal Hospital and install 9 double stations for charging electric cars, with a minimum power of 22kW, the destination and functions of the buildings remaining unchanged.
