Romania – Construction work – Servicii de Proiectare si executie lucrari in cadrul proiectului ”Locuinte nZEB pentru tineri in Sectorul 5 al Municipiului Bucuresti”

According to the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Romania 2030, from a social point of view, there is a need for a cohesive society, which benefits from improving the education and health system, reducing inequalities between men and women, between urban and rural areas, leading to the promotion of an open society, in which citizens can feel appreciated and supported. The Local Development Strategy of Sector 5 of Bucharest Municipality for the period 2022-2027 is constituted as an integrated territorial development strategy, which is based on the analysis of the development needs and potential of the area, including economic, social and environmental interconnections, the description of an integrated approach that responds to the development needs and identified potential, as well as a list of operations to be implemented (in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, regarding territorial strategies – Art. 29). The contract contributes to the level of Strategic Objective O.S.5. "Promoting integrated and inclusive development through the modernization, rehabilitation and expansion of educational, health and social infrastructure, as well as tourism, cultural, sports and leisure infrastructure". The estimated value of the Services and Works to be purchased is 99,747,318.28 lei excluding VAT. For Design Services, the estimated value is 3,562,412.84 lei excluding VAT. For the execution of Works, the estimated value is 96,184,905.44 lei excluding VAT.
