Romania – Electrical installation work – Automatizarea RED MT din zona Transilvania Sud, în vederea identificării și izolării zonei de rețea cu defect

Design and Execution of the work: "Automation of the MT RED in the South Transylvania area, in order to identify and isolate the faulty network area", will be carried out according to the attached documentation. In order to achieve the proposed results, this work will involve the modernization of the switching equipment in the medium voltage network and the installation of new equipment in transformer stations, respectively the integration with the existing SCADA system, in the counties of: Brasov, Sibiu, Mures, Alba, Covasna and Harghita county. The work was structured in two components, as follows: a) Component C1- Modernization of switching equipment in the medium voltage network This component includes on the one hand the replacement of existing, classic equipment in medium voltage lines with new, remote-controlled ones and the replacement of classic cells in transformer stations with new cells, with motorized equipment. The modernization of switching equipment in the medium voltage network involves: – Installation of a number of 170 remote-controlled reclosers; – Installation of 287 remote-controlled disconnectors; – Installation of 1077 remote-controlled medium voltage cells in transformer stations or supply points; – Installation of 296 own service panels in transformer stations or supply points; – Installation of 351 telecommunications cabinets in transformer stations or supply points; b) Component C2 Digitalization of the medium voltage network This component includes the equipment necessary for digitalization, as well as the integration works of the equipment in the existing SCADA-SAD system. – Installation of 903 SCADA equipment assemblies and their integration into the existing SCADA/DMS of each branch;
