The object of the contract is the acquisition of design services for the preparation of P.Th and D.E., D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E. as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution period for the investment objective << Construction and equipment of a maternal and infant hospital at the ”Ioan Lascăr” Comănești City Hospital, Bacău County >>. SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE: The city of Comănești submits for financing the project << Construction and equipment of a maternal and infant hospital at the ”Ioan Lascăr” Comănești City Hospital, Bacău County >>, within the non-reimbursable financing program: “National program for investments in the infrastructure of hospital units”, thus THE CONTRACT FOR DESIGN SERVICES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER WILL BE SIGNED AFTER OBTAINING FUNDING BY THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. The value of the contract excluding VAT is composed as follows: - 400,000.00 lei excluding VAT - Technical project at DTAC(PAC) level - 3,500,000.00 lei excluding VAT - technical project and execution details - 450,000.00 - technical assistance from the designer
