Feasibility Study Development for "Rehabilitation of DN 13E km 0+000 – 23+362; km 30+332 – 89+118, Feldioara – Sf. Gheorghe – Covasna – Intorsura Buzaului". The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes to the contract in accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 provided that these changes do not fall within the provisions of art. 221 paragraph (7) of Law no. 98/2016, i.e. do not represent substantial changes: 1. Changes to legislation and regulations that cannot be anticipated at the time of launching the procedure; 2. Unanticipated requests not included in the requirements of the specifications generated by various institutions/entities with responsibilities related to the project; 3. During the implementation period of the contract, the reporting/deliverables submission periods may be exceeded following observations/conditions/constraints issued by various authorities and institutions involved; 4. During the implementation period of the contract, there is a possibility that the provider may have to replace personnel for reasons that cannot be anticipated at the time of launching the procedure; 5. During the implementation period of the contract, there is a possibility of replacing/introducing subcontractors for reasons that cannot be anticipated at the time of launching the procedure; 6. Impossibility of conducting field studies due to unfavorable weather conditions. Possible extensions of the contract duration: 1-6 months (Completion of documentation (The Beneficiary may request additional completions to the documentation, even if it is drawn up in accordance with the legal provisions, due to the requirements of the MTI, MFE, Central and/or Local Institutions, ARR, Beneficiary, MAI, SRI, etc., in order to produce documentation with a high level of accuracy/confidence).
