A Framework Agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years for the purchase of "Real estate valuation services for real estate assets in the public/private domain or under the administration of the Municipality of Bucharest, as well as for real estate that can be purchased by the Municipality of Bucharest on the free market", according to the specifications. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator, without resuming the competition. An estimated minimum of 4 / maximum of 8 subsequent contracts will be concluded throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement. Frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: minimum 1 subsequent contract, maximum 2 subsequent contracts per year. The estimates for the MINIMUM QUANTITIES (1,065,072 sqm of land and 119,200 sqm of buildings) and the MAXIMUM QUANTITIES (2,172,233 sqm of land and 337,304 sqm of buildings) that could be requested during the entire duration of the framework agreement, as well as the MINIMUM QUANTITIES (266,268 sqm of land and 29,800 sqm of buildings) and the MAXIMUM QUANTITIES (543,058.3 sqm of land and 84,326 sqm of buildings) that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement are in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is 5,000,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 1,250,000.00 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement is 547,314.40 lei excluding VAT
