Romania – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Execuție lucrări suplimentare pentru proiectul „REABILITAREA ȘI MODERNIZAREA INFRASTRUCTURII RUTIERE DIN MUNICIPIUL ODORHEIU SECUIESC ÎN VEDEREA DIMINUĂRII TRAFICULUI RUTIER ȘI REDUCEREA EMISIILOR DE CARBON – ETAPA II”

The Contracting Authority is currently implementing the project "Rehabilitation and modernization of the road infrastructure in the municipality of Odorheiu Secuiesc in order to reduce road traffic and carbon emissions - Stage II". In 2023, a contract for design and execution services was signed, and works are currently being carried out for the infrastructure objects and municipal networks, according to the approved and authorized Technical Project. During the design and execution of the works, the following were found in the field: Since the start of the design services and execution works, situations and circumstances have occurred that the Municipality of Odorheiu Secuiesc could not foresee or anticipate before the actual start of the contract, aspects that generated additional works of the works compared to the initially planned schedule: 1. Additional works as a result of the conclusions of the Technical Expertise; 2. Additional works caused by the modification of the technical project as a result of the requests from the approvers; 3. Optimizations and adaptations of the specialist designer regarding the technical proposals and technological components initially provided in the DALI; 4. Additional works as a result of the requests of the Municipality of Odorheiu Secuiesc. The requested works are: - Works of the rainwater sewer network Dn 400 mm: 221 ml, Dn 500mm: 224 ml, Dn 600mm: 162 ml and 16 inspection chambers on Orban Balazs Street; - Execution of the scafa gutter: 298 ml on Cetății Street; - Sidewalks with natural stone paving: 739.33 sqm on Cetății Street; - Roadway on Cetății Street: 538.54 sqm of cubic stone paving; - Execution of the scafa gutter: 620.34 sqm on Tompa Laszlo Street; - Accesses to properties: 9 sqm on Tompa Laszlo Street; - Sidewalks with natural stone paving: 1,383.92 sq m on Tompa Laszlo Street; - Roadside on Tompa Laszlo Street: 1,236.00 sq m of cubic stone paving; - Drainage ditch execution: 507.20 sq m on Eotvos Jozsef Street; -...
