Implementation of construction works on the construction site entitled "Modernization of the Žilina - Košice railway line, section of the Liptovský Mikuláš - Poprad-Tatry line (outside), 5th stage, Liptovský Hrádok - Paludza". The purpose of the construction is to modernize the railway infrastructure in the Liptovský Mikuláš - Poprad - Tatry section (outside), 5th stage - Liptovský Hrádok - Paludza. Reconstruction of the existing railway line in order to improve its technical equipment and usability by installing modern and progressive elements and thus improving its parameters. After implementation, the construction must meet the requirements of Act No. 513/2009 Coll. on railways and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended, Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Slovak Republic No. 350/2010 Coll. on the construction and technical order of railways, valid STN standards, EN standards and valid ŽSR regulations. The construction is divided into the following functionally interconnected integral parts of the construction (hereinafter referred to as "UČS"): UČS 408 ŽST Liptovský Hrádok UČS 409 Line section Liptovský Hrádok – Liptovský Mikuláš UČS 410 ŽST Liptovský Mikuláš UČS 411 Line section Liptovský Mikuláš – Paludza exit A detailed description is provided in the tender documents.
