Questions Deadline: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email no later than 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Submit all questions to A1C Xzabia Kolpack at xzabia.kolpack@us.af.mil and 1st Lt Brice O?Hara at briceohara.1@us.af.mil. Answers to all questions will be posted via an amendment to SAM.gov. All offers must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Incomplete and/or late offers will not be considered for evaluation.
