The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 2 - "Terms and Conditions for Access to Sensitive Security Information Non-Disclosure Agreement (TSA Form 2815)."

TSA is establishing a Qualification Process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.202 to add vendors to the existing Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Qualified Products List (QPL). The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with details on the TSA Qualification Process and how to submit products to be tested.
Please see the attached documents for information regarding the qualification process and how to request access to the required documentation.
