The Government proposes to acquire the labor for the new upgrade hardware, software, services, inherent to production spares, and documentation for Kuwait’s Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target PATRIOT Program. This will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-25-D-0016). This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement.
