Opportunity Overview
The objective of this contract is to test, inspect, repair or replace fire safety systems and fire safety building features in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements, and Joint Commission (TJC). These standards reference NFPA 101-2012, NFPA 99-2012, NFPA 72-2010, NFPA 25-2011, NFPA 96-2011 and shall be considered part of the requirements. This contract will also improve the tracking of accreditation scheduling requirements, standardize testing methods and reporting, and help ensure proper procedures are completed.
The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supervision, and transportation required to perform tests, inspections and repairs of fire safety systems and fire safety building features and to complete documentation of services as described in this contract. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Joint Commission documentation requirements. Work shall be performed at locations identified in this Statement of Work.
