France – Engineering design services – Concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour l'aménagement des berges de Seine au droit des quais de Dion Bouton et Gallieni à Puteaux et Suresnes

The competition aims to select a project for the development of the Seine riverbanks along the Dion Bouton and Gallieni quays in Puteaux and Suresnes, and to design a project management team to develop the project. This team will be awarded a project management contract covering the design and construction supervision phases. As part of the competition process, the services required from each candidate include: - the design, at EP/DIA+ level, of a project for the development of the Seine riverbanks between the Suresnes and Puteaux bridges (also including landscaping of the Seine-side sidewalk, enhancement of existing pedestrian crossings on the RD7, and the creation of new pedestrian crossings to connect the town centers to the riverbanks); - the completion of a hydraulic simulation to ensure the technical feasibility of the proposed project with regard to the constraints inherent in the Water Act, the Environmental Code, and the Flood Risk Prevention Plan (PPRI). Following this competition, the winning project management consortium will be awarded the project management contract, comprising the pilot project, supplementary projects, and optional projects as detailed in the Technical Specifications, following a negotiated procedure without prior publication or competitive bidding. The estimated value of the works is €13,870,500 excluding VAT (June 2025 value). Project management services will begin in September 2026, with construction estimated to begin in the first half of 2030.
