The Boieldieu Bridge landscape and art project is part of the second phase of the Coeur de Métropole project. Its aim is to enhance the image of the city and the metropolitan area by proposing an architectural and landscape design that evokes nature in the city through an architectural and artistic approach. The goal is to create an iconic feature on a territorial scale, with a high-quality visual presentation and a focus on plant life. The study area includes the Boieldieu Bridge and its two monumental stone staircases, as well as the right bank intersection from Quai de la Bourse to Rue Grand Pont. This is a single contract for which the contracting authority intends to entrust the successful bidder with all of the following tasks: Preliminary Design (AVP), Detailed Design (PRO), Contract Administration (ACT), Approval, Construction Supervision (DET), and Acceptance of Works (AOR). Additional tasks include: Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment (BC), Operating/Maintenance Cost Analysis (CEM), and Scheduling, Management, and Coordination (OPC). The primary nature of the project is intellectual services.
