The project manager's responsibilities are as follows: Preliminary design studies (AVP) including planning permission (PA); Detailed design studies (PRO); Assistance with the awarding of Works Contracts (ACT), including both phases: preparation of the Tender Documents (DCE) and analysis of applications and bids; Synthesis and approval of the execution studies; Management of the execution of the works contract(s) (DET); Assistance during the acceptance procedures and throughout the warranty period for completion (AOR). The contract is divided into a firm tranche (TF) and 7 optional tranches (TO) defined as follows: TF = completion of the AVP + PA covering all sectors of the project; TO 1 = completion of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements for the Rue Hoarau / Rue des Bons Enfants / Rue Guignard Haut sector; TO 2 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Town Hall Garden sector; TO 3 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Avenue des Indes - Mail sector; TO 4 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Avenue des Indes - Memorial Square / Military Battery sector; TO 5 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Rue du Port sector; TO 6 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Rue de la Gendarmerie sector; and TO 7 = implementation of the PRO + ACT + VISA + DET + AOR elements in the Avenue du Président Mitterrand sector. The total budget allocated to the works by the project owner (overall program) is estimated at €6,215,000 excluding VAT.
