France – Engineering support services – B24-00113-Prestations d'assistance pour la gestion de projets d'assainissement-démantèlement et d'installations de la DDSD – Lot n°2

This framework agreement defines the conditions under which the Contractor will provide support services related to cost, schedule, and risk management for the DDSD's remediation, decommissioning, and facility projects managed by (DFDE – DTEL – URMC – UTDC – MC Program). The Contractor will provide project management support for DDSD projects and facilities at the Marcoule and Cadarache Civil Centers. Occasional travel to the Saclay Civil Center (twice a year) is required. This Framework Agreement includes: 1- FIRM SERVICES - Task 1: Time Management - Task 1.1: Assistance in managing the time reference framework - Re-planning of project activities - Task 1.2: Assistance in managing the time reference framework - Re-planning of facility operation activities - Task 2: Cost Control - Task 5: Management and oversight of the framework agreement. These tasks are defined in paragraph 7 of the Specifications. 2- SERVICES BASED ON UNIT PRICE LISTS (UPLs). These are services defined in paragraph 7 of the Specifications to be performed under the framework agreement. These unit-price (UP) services are briefly detailed below: - Task 1: Time Management - Task 1.1: Assistance with time management - Re-planning of project activities - Task 1.2: Assistance with time management - Re-planning of facility operation activities - Task 2: Cost Control - Task 3: Risk and Opportunity Management - Task 4: Reporting Support - Task 6: Inbound and Outbound Reversibility 3- SERVICES BASED ON CHANGE FORM ON PRIOR QUOTE (FDMDP)
